From Sports Arena to Celebration Space
The Arena is a sports venue. Yet by Monday morning, it is something else entirely.
Campus teams lay the floor overnight, working alongside our supporting suppliers. Together, they deliver thirty round tables, fifty trestle tables and three hundred chairs. Every single one is positioned and dressed before the first reception begins.
Black-out wall covering transforms the space visually. Lighting and table linen do the rest. As a result, a working sports arena becomes a setting fit for one of the most significant days in a family’s life.
The detail behind the transformation
None of this happens by accident. Timings are planned to the hour, so that changeover teams, catering, and front-of-house staff move in careful sequence. For example, furniture goes down first, then linen and lighting, then the final dressing touches that make the space feel ready for a celebration rather than a changeover.
The turnaround is remarkably quick, but it is built on practice rather than haste. Years of experience, careful planning, and teamwork make it possible to deliver the same demanding schedule year after year. This is done never losing sight of what the day represents for the graduates, their families, and everyone gathered to celebrate their success.
