Our experienced team has delivered events of every size, from small business meetings to residential conferences for up to 1,000 guests. We also manage large university-wide events, including Graduation Week, which welcomes more than 13,000 guests in a single week.

Our comfortable guest accommodation is ideal for residential events, group bookings, and overnight stays. We can accommodate up to 1,000 guests on campus.
Technical Support
Our in-house technical team is available throughout your event. They provide support for our state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and learning and training facilities.
Large-Scale Event Expertise

Yes. We coordinate catering, on-site accommodation and in-house technical support as part of one event management service, so you don’t need to bring in multiple suppliers.
Our venues range from lecture theatres to our Essex Sport Arena, giving us the flexibility to host conferences, exhibitions, graduations and academic events of varying formats and sizes.
